3 Year Limited Warranty
Evolve Technologies warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at Evolve Technologies’ sole option, any such defective products. This warranty does not apply to equipment which has been damaged by accident, negligence, or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way. This warranty applies to the original purchaser. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, Evolve Technologies MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some countries do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT SHALL Evolve Technologies BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. Specifically, Evolve Technologies is not liable for any costs, such as lost products or revenue, loss of equipment, loss of use of equipment, costs of substitutes, claims by third parties, or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from location to location.
Requesting A Warranty Return
Products occasionally malfunction within their warranty period. To obtain service under warranty give us a ring or drop and email to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Simply ship your product to us with description of issue so we can troubleshoot and get you taken care of. Requesting a New Product Return
Occasionally people buy the wrong product or change their mind about a purchase. Evolve Technologies accepts returns of “new” products within 30 days of their purchase from Evolve Technologies. To qualify as “new”, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original unopened and undamaged packaging.
To obtain service for returning a new product you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from an Evolve Technologies representative.
